At the core of the Institute’s tennis programs is the 2 ½-day Mentally Tough® for Tennis program, the ultimate in performance tennis training. The program is based on the Institute’s philosophy of training the whole athlete – mentally, emotionally, and physically, and is specifically designed with the serious player in mind.
Through the use of various assessments, fitness and nutrition testing, and in-depth mental toughness coaching, the Institute’s team of performance experts helps each individual gain a comprehensive understanding of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges as they relate to elite performance. The program includes extensive physical testing (Bod Pod™ body composition analysis, strength and flexibility test), daily mental toughness sessions with a performance consultant, tennis instruction including video analysis of technique and movement, as well as in-depth on and off-court strategy analyses, and a nutritional assessment and consultation with a certified nutritionist.
The Human Performance Institute also offers year-round tennis training including full-time and weekly training programs, team clinics, and private lessons.
